Scott has been a licensed real estate agent in Windsor, Ontario for over 7 years, with a specialized focus on investment properties. He has helped over 100 investors successfully enter the real estate market, from first-time buyers to experienced portfolio owners.
Beyond acquisitions, Scott has extensive experience managing multifamily rental properties, giving him a deep understanding of tenant relations, operational efficiency, and long-term asset performance. He has also developed multi-family buildings from the ground up and currently oversees multiple apartment construction projects across Ontario.
With a hands-on approach and a strong network of builders, trades, and property managers, Scott ensures each investment is professionally executed and carefully monitored.
